The following materials may only be used in accordance with the permissions license granted herein.
This license grants licensee permission to use material for personal, non-commercial uses, which shall include but is not limited to, publications (journal article and textbook), presentations, displays, and customer promotional or educational tools (e.g., website, brochure, public relations, and patient educational programs). This license may be terminated by Medtronic for any reason, effective immediately upon notice to licensee.
The material will be used only in the following manner:
- The material can only be used by licensee in a manner and with information that is consistent with the regulatory approval of any device or product depicted or shown in the material.
- The material cannot be used in any disparaging manner or any other manner that would, in any way, harm the reputation or good will of Medtronic or its employees.
- The license provided above does not grant licensee any rights associated with and the licensee shall not have any rights related to editing, modifying, changing, transforming, or creating derivative works of the materials.
- Images are for usage only in their branded promotional materials and may not be sold or given to a third party.
