Extended warranties

Extended warranties provide defect protections for the length of your coverage. These offerings extend the duration of the product’s manufacturer warranty in customizable one-year increments, as needed by your organization. Any additional repairs or replacements needed due to defects in workmanship or materials are covered by these warranties.

Technical health checks

Technical health check service plans amplify your device warranty by ensuring your monitoring devices and systems are optimized. Each check includes an on-site visit with a Medtronic services engineer to:

  • Perform ongoing device and system optimization
  • Facilitate repair of broken units and return-to-service
  • Assist with ordering components to maintain or repair monitors
  • Calibrate monitors (when necessary)
