This license grants the licensee permission to use material for personal, non-commercial uses, which shall include but is not limited to, publications (journal article and textbook), presentations, displays, and customer promotional or educational tools (e.g., website, brochure, public relations, and patient educational programs). This license may be terminated by Medtronic for any reason, effective immediately upon notice to licensee.
