    Community outreach tips and resources

    Conducting outreach will help you start conversations with your patients as well as members of your community, increase awareness, and encourage those who want to learn more to schedule an appointment. Here are some tips to get you started:

    Your website comes first.

    Outreach materials should include a link back to your website where patients can get more information about the topic, your practice, and how to schedule an appointment.

    We have text you can copy and paste to your site as well as additional resources you can use to build or enhance your website. 

    Always include a compelling call to action (CTA).

    A call to action is a phrase like “Schedule an appointment” located at the end of your content. It should include a link to your website and/or a phone number that encourages people to take the next step. Without a CTA, your patients will not be able to further engage with your center.
