As Medtronic transitions to primarily using Parachute Health, if an HCP is using Parachute Health, they will no longer receive faxes from Medtronic. All requests for patient product orders or specific payer orders will come through Parachute Health.

Parachute Health will become the exclusive ordering platform for Medtronic Diabetes. Medtronic Diabetes customers who are using DocuSign or Order Exchange will eventually, over time, transition to using Parachute Health only.
