ELIZABETH’S STORY

Elizabeth’s cancer story started in 2012 when she was diagnosed with invasive vascular ductal carcinoma, a late-stage breast cancer. Elizabeth traveled to Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) in Phoenix, Arizona, from her home in Washington for treatment. After her cancer spread to her surrounding bones, Elizabeth’s back pain made it difficult to fly back and forth for treatments. Her doctor, Dr. Vivek Iyer, recommended the OsteoCool™ RF ablation procedure to treat her cancer pain.
