What is the MyCareLink Heart mobile app?
Medtronic heart devices enabled with Bluetooth® technology can communicate directly with the MyCareLink Heart mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The MyCareLink Heart mobile app enables you to stay connected to your clinic, providing you peace of mind1-3 and mobility so you can continue to live your life — uninterrupted.
For successful transmissions, Wi-Fi or data access is required.
Stay connected to your doctor:
- Send heart device data to your clinic using a smartphone or tablet.
- Your doctor may receive notifications of clinically important events as recorded by your heart device.
See some of your heart device information:
- View your physical activity and answers to top questions about living with a heart device.
- Track your symptoms, weight, heart rate, and blood pressure.*
*Data input here stays on your phone; it does not get sent to your clinic. If you have a medical emergency, you should call 911 or emergency services.
Convenience from anywhere
With Medtronic app-connected heart devices, you can securely access information about your heart device via the MyCareLink Heart mobile app on a smartphone or tablet, wherever you go.
Please keep your mobile device and software current to stay connected to your clinic.
