Talk to a Medtronic pain therapy ambassador

Wondering what it’s like to receive targeted drug delivery?

Talk with a Medtronic pain therapy ambassador. An ambassador is someone who has a pump and has volunteered to share his or her experience.

If you are considering targeted drug delivery, the Medtronic pain therapy ambassador program gives you the opportunity to talk on the phone with someone who is living with the therapy.

Ask questions like:

  • When did you begin receiving pain therapy?
  • What did you experience during the trial?
  • How has your life changed after receiving a pump?

When you sign up to talk to an ambassador, you'll be able to view profiles of all of our ambassadors, choose the ambassador you want to talk to, and schedule a time that is convenient for you to talk.

Medtronic cares about helping you move forward in your pain journey and is offering the therapy ambassador program at no cost.

Or call 888-430-PAIN (7246)

If you have additional questions, in most cases, your physician and his or her staff should be your first point of contact, but Medtronic also offers ongoing support. The information below will help you determine who to contact when you have questions.

Your physician
Please direct all medical, medication, and therapy questions to your physician’s office. Your physician has access to your medical records and history and can best diagnose any change in symptoms. Ask your physician how to reach the on-call physician for any medical concerns that arise after hours or on the weekend. Please contact your physician as soon as possible if you have a medical emergency, experience a change in symptoms, or hear your pump alarm.
