Medtronic partners with organizations to promote social responsibility and prevent exploitation in the supply chain.
We recognize that many of our Human Rights risks stem from socio-economic and cultural barriers that no organization can solve alone. Our partnerships with both non-profit and for-profit organizations, and our industry collaborations, play a critical role in informing, implementing, and evolving our Human Rights program.
Some of our key collaborations include:
- Inclusion in the Business for Social Responsibility network focused on creating a world in which all people can thrive on a healthy planet
- Ongoing partnership with Everstream Analytics for multi-tier supply chain due diligence, mapping, and risk assessment
- Support from EcoVadis for supply chain risk assessment
