Exhibit Requests

Medtronic ENT frequently exhibits at medical conferences and other venues. If your request is for Medtronic ENT to exhibit only at a conference or other venue, and does not involve other sponsorship or donation requests, please use the abbreviated form below. If your request involves any kind of sponsorship, support or donation, or if the exhibit fee is included in an overall sponsorship request, please use the Donation Subsidy Request Form.

Donation and Education Subsidy Requests

Medtronic ENT makes donations to tax-exempt charities in order to benefit society, promote better healthcare, demonstrate good corporate citizenship or serve genuine educational functions. In addition, subsidies are provided to other organizations or institutions sponsoring scientific medical conferences or meetings to underwrite the costs of such meetings or subsidize the attendance of healthcare professionals in training.

• Charitable donations (including donations of Medtronic ENT products)
• Support or meeting space at educational meetings, conferences, seminars or labs
• Support of Grand Rounds, Fellows or other educational meetings or activities

Sponsorship Guidelines

The following guidelines have been established for our two most common kinds of sponsorship requests.

Mission Trips

For approved mission trips, Medtronic ENT will supply a limited selection of single-use and disposable products. Medtronic ENT also maintains a limited selection of manual instruments and capital products, such as drills, for mission trip use. However, these are available on a loaner basis only and must be returned to Medtronic ENT at the conclusion of the trip.

Sinus Endoscopy Cadaver Labs and Courses

Equipment – Medtronic ENT maintains an inventory of microdebriders and manual instruments for use at sinus endoscopy labs. A more limited inventory of video equipment and computer-aided surgery units is also available. All course sponsors must submit a Donation and Subsidy Request Form to apply for use of this equipment. The supply of this equipment that can be made available for your lab is limited. Equipment is prioritized on a first-come, first-served basis based on submission of the Donation and Subsidy Request Form.

Research Requests

Medtronic ENT funds research to advance scientific and clinical knowledge related to current or new therapies and products, in accordance with our strategic priorities and for the benefit of patients.

Please use the form below for any requests for research funding, Medtronic ENT products or equipment for research, Medtronic ENT development staff support or any other research support.
