The Shiley™ endotracheal tube with TaperGuard™ cuff technology incorporates evac technology for subglottic secretion drainage, which can potentially reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia.1–3 This product is available with or without an optional pre-loaded satin soft stylet, and features an integrated cuff inflation line, an integrated suction lumen, and easy-to-read tube insertion markings.
