All medical procedures, including Harmony^™ TPV, come with risks. Although serious or major complications are rare, they can include:

Irregular rate or rhythm of the heartbeat
Leakage around the valve frame
Not enough (inadequate) blood flow through the valve
Movement of the valve from where it was placed
