The MultiFire Premium™ skin stapler should not be reloaded more than two times during a single procedure. If the stapler is reloaded more than two times, staples may not form properly. Improperly formed staples may compromise the integrity of the staple line which may result in disruption of the staple line.

The Premium™ extractor features a spring-loaded handle that automatically returns the handle and jaw to the starting position.

For the MultiFire Premium™ 35 skin stapler, each stapler contains stainless steel staples of 0.51 mm diameter wire. The staple span is 10.2 mm before closure and approximately 4.8 mm wide and 3.4 mm high when closed. For the MultiFire Premium™ 35W skin stapler (wide), each stapler contains stainless steel staples of 0.51 mm diameter wire. The staple span is 14.4 mm before closure and approximately 4.8 mm wide and 3.4 mm high when closed.
