CG Future™ annuloplasty ring and band

The CG Future™ annuloplasty ring and band provide targeted remodeling for mitral valve repair.

Features

Flexible anterior/posterior support

The unique composite design of the CG Future™ ring and band considers the full cardiac cycle.1 The ring or band provides enough stiffness to provide posterior remodeling while preserving dynamic annular motion.2–3

Long-term results of mitral valve repair with the CG Future™ band

“In the current era of mitral valve repair the gold standard should be both durability, in terms of freedom from reoperation and recurrent mitral insufficiency, and a physiologically normal valve without functional mitral stenosis (FMS) or systolic anterior motion (SAM). The design characteristics of a semirigid posterior annuloplasty band can increase the likelihood of achieving this goal.”3

Key risks of mitral annuloplasty include recurrent regurgitation, stenosis, and ring/band dehiscence.

Designed for implantability

The CG Future™ ring and band can be used for small incisions where visibility and access to the anterior annulus may be limited.

The CG Future™ annuloplasty ring is used for mitral valve repair, designed to predictably remodel the annulus to maintain apposition of the anterior and posterior leaflets.

Low-profile design4

The two eyelets on the CG Future™ sizer align with the trigones for anchoring.
