  • Keep the monitor plugged in to power, within 2-3 meters next to your bedside, preferably on a bedside table.
  • The monitor screen goes black into sleep mode on its own and will stay this way.
  • Please do not touch the monitor or send a transmission unless directed to by your device doctor or Medtronic.
  • The monitor will automatically send scheduled and alert transmissions as it will connect when you are sleeping near it.
  • If you are travelling for more than 14 days without the monitor, please contact Medtronic and advise of travel dates. We recommend you take the monitor with you unless directed by your cardiologist. You will just need to plug it in at your new location.
  • The monitor has an inbuilt cellular sim card which has international roaming which means the monitor can be connected overseas. However, Medtronic cannot provide specific local carriers, nor can we guarantee service will be available. Medtronic has no control over the carriers in all countries.
  • Medtronic cannot assist with any billing or medical enquiries.
  • The monitor is not an emergency tool. If you are feeling unwell, please contact your follow-up physician. If it is urgent, please call 000 or go straight to hospital.
