When ITB is mentioned, we are considering Intrathecal baclofen (an anti-spastic) administered by an intrathecal drug delivery pump therapy.
Medtronic provides only the intrathecal drug delivery pump and the catheter; the intrathecal baclofen, morphine or ziconotide is provided by an external company.
