In May 2010, we began voluntary reporting of our U.S. physician relationships and relationships with organizations performing collaborative services that resulted in aggregate compensation of more than $5,000 in each calendar year. You can view 2013 payment data (January 1, 2013 – July 31, 2013) on our Physician Registry, which includes the names of U.S. physicians, the services they provided, and the amount they were paid by Medtronic.

Payments on or after August 1, 2013 are disclosed on the CMS Open Payments website in accordance with Section 6002 of the Affordable Care Act (the Sunshine Act).
