Hydrodebrider Endoscopic Irrigator

Bacteria are increasingly linked to recurring chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS).^1,2 Yet 99.9% of all bacteria can’t be cultured in a lab.³

The award-winning Hydrodebrider® Endoscopic Irrigator removes bacteria directly from the sinuses with a rotating spray of pressurized saline. It can be used during endoscopic sinus surgery or in the office.

Standard Handpiece

• 360-rotating spray
• Flex-Tip with 270 articulation and suction for irrigation and fluid removal
• Ideal for accessing maxillary, ethmoid, and sphenoid sinuses

Frontal Handpiece

• 360-rotating spray
• 2.2 mm diameter and fixed 80 articulation for accessing hard-to-reach frontal sinuses
• May be used with suction for fluid control

Endo-Scrub 2 Lens Cleaning Sheaths

Software-driven Endo-Scrub^® 2 Lens Cleaning Sheaths are rigid endoscope accessories that help surgeons maintain maximum visualization at the operative site during endoscopic sinus surgery, without removing the endoscope.

• Delivers a high-powered burst of irrigation to flush debris from the endoscope lens
• Significantly improves the ability to operate in the presence of bleeding, when used correctly^1-6
• Only adds 0.7 mm to the endoscope’s barrel diameter

Endo-Scrub 2 functionality is fully integrated with and optimized for our Integrated Power Console (IPC^® System). The sheaths cover a broad range of endoscopes by multiple manufacturers.
