Indications, Safety, and Warnings

Indication: The ACT Plus instrument is intended for in vitro diagnostic testing in either a hospital laboratory setting or a point of care (decentralized) setting (e.g., in the operating room, cardiac catheterization lab, intensive care unit, or clinic, etc.). Warnings: Proper instrument and cartridge use. The instrument and cartridges must only be used in the manner and purpose for which they are intended. Instructions for proper use are included in the manual and in the cartridge insert package inserts. Read all warnings, precautions, and Instructions For Use carefully prior to use.
