KEEP PATIENTS ON THE PATH TO RELIEF

ONGOING MANAGEMENT

Patients may need to periodically check in with clinicians in order to get questions answered or therapy adjusted. Medtronic provides a complete patient engagement program. These communications create numerous opportunities to remind patients to seek help if their level of relief changes.

DEVICE REPLACEMENT

Implanted patients should be seen by their physician at least once per year. At some point before their five-year implantation anniversary, patients will need to contact a clinician about potential replacement of the therapy. Make sure your patients register for our engagement program to receive an automatic reminder.
