Cool-tip™ RF Ablation System E Series Software Updates

Step 1:

Click to download Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent FT360. 

If your browser prompts you to either "Run" or "Save" the downloaded file, click "Run."

If no prompt appears, browse to the location of the downloaded vlex-sa-ft360.exe file and double-click to begin installation of the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent software.

Step 2:

The installer will check your computer for previous versions of Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent. If a previous version is detected, the installer will ask if you want to uninstall it. 

Click "OK" to uninstall the previous version.

Step 3:

Once the installer uninstalls the previous software version, double-click on the vlex-sa-ft360.exe file to restart the installer.

Follow on-screen prompts and enter customer information as requested by the installer.

Click "Finish" to complete the installation.

Step 4:

Restart your PC to complete the software installation.

Once you have installed the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent FT360, you can download and install the newest Cool-tip™ E Series software, as detailed in the next section.

Step 1:

Connect your Cool-tip™ E Series system to your computer with a USB A to B cable.

Step 2:

Double-click the Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent icon on your computer’s desktop to launch the program.

Step 3:

Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the most recent software updates.

Step 4:

Enter your name.
If prompted, enter Package Key Code CT130.

The software installation will complete.

NOTE: If you tried to download the new Cool-tip™ E Series software and got an error message, you need to update to Valleylab™ Exchange Service Agent version 2.0.
