Barrx™ 60 RFA Focal Catheter

The Barrx™ 60 RFA focal catheter enables physicians to provide primary treatment for short and intermediate length segments of non-circumferential Barrett's esophagus or provide secondary treatment after ablation with the Barrx™ 360 RFA balloon catheter (or other therapeutic devices).

  • Provides easy introduction into upper GI tract
  • 60% of the surface area of the Barrx™ 90 RFA focal catheter
  • Allows positioning within the esophagus and gastroesophageal junction
  • Provides for direct visualization of electrode during procedure
  • Utilizes standard endoscopic technique
  • Articulated electrode platform moves in 2-D, left to right & front to back, to ensure tissue contact

Product Details

The Barrx™ ultra long RFA focal catheter enables physicians to provide primary treatment for short and intermediate length segments of non-circumferential Barrett's esophagus or provide secondary treatment after ablation with the Barrx™ 360 RFA balloon catheter (or other therapeutic devices).

  • Provides easy introduction into upper GI tract
  • Due to a larger (2x) surface area compared to the Barrx™ 90 RFA focal catheter, the Barrx™ ultra long RFA focal catheter treats comparable non-circumferential areas of Barrett’s esophagus in less time than the Barrx™ 90 RFA focal catheter
  • Allows positioning within the esophagus and gastroesophageal junction
  • Provides for direct visualization of electrode during procedure
  • Utilizes standard endoscopic technique
  • Articulated electrode platform moves in 2-D, left to right & front to back, to ensure tissue contact
