The TruClear™ system offers a complete technology platform for the removal of a range of intrauterine abnormalities.
The TruClear™ hysteroscopic tissue removal system uses a mechanical approach to remove intrauterine tissue, no electrical & thermal energy is used as compared to the conventional resectoscope systems.5
Also, the TruClear™ operative hysteroscope sets are designed to optimize a 100% continuous flow throughout the procedure to help maintain a clear operative field with no tissue floating within the uterine cavity.6
“Mechanical hysteroscopic tissue removal systems should be preferred over miniature bipolar electrodes to remove endometrial polyps. [Grade A]”
“0° hysteroscopes are more intuitive, facilitating entry into the uterine cavity through the cervical canal which may reduce the need for cervical dilatation, as well as minimizing discomfort and uterine trauma. [Evidence level 4]”
