Please choose your accreditation type.
Overview
The Cerebral Oximetry in Congenital Cardiac Surgery continuing education activity has been planned and written for physicians and certified registered nurse anesthetists. It will provide learners with foundational information about cerebral oximetry and review the current evidence-based literature addressing the impact of cerebral oximetry on clinical outcomes following congenital cardiac surgery. A case study will be used to illustrate how cerebral oximetry values can be used to identify and respond to physiologic and hemodynamic changes during surgery.
