LigaSure Atlas™ Tissue Fusion Open Instrument

The LigaSure Atlas™ tissue fusion open instrument (LS1020) is a blunt tip vessel sealer and divider, featuring a 20 cm shaft for use in open procedures.

Procedural applications for this device include:

• Adhesiolysis
• Abdominal hysterectomy
• Gastric bypass
• Colon resection
• Cystectomy
• Radical prostatectomy
• Gastrectomy
• Splenectomy
• Salpingo-oophorectomy
• Nephrectomy

The devices can be used on vessels up to 7 mm and bundles. The LigaSure™ Vessel Sealing system has not been shown to be effective for tubal sterilization or tubal coagulation for sterilization procedures, and should not be used for these procedures.
