We confirm Medtronic Australasia Pty Limited has received court documents in proceedings commenced by the Department of Health relating to the supply of a bone graft product. We are co-operating with the Therapeutic Goods Administration in its investigations to date in relation to this matter. As the matter is ongoing it is not appropriate for us to comment further.
