Great Place to Work Certification™ is the global benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences and is acknowledged by employees and employers worldwide.

Medtronic strives to create a sense of connection among employees, especially given the remote work model brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. This has been achieved via flexible working arrangements, online training and e-learning opportunities, and virtual all-employee meetings.
