Organized in four regions, operating in over 150 countries all over the world, with 19 distribution sites and 74 manufacturing sites, we bring innovative and breakthrough technologies and therapies that alleviate pain, restore health, and extend lives.
The local subsidiary of Medtronic, Medtronic Philippines, was formally established in the year 2014. The following year, in 2015, the acquisition of Covidien greatly expanded our portfolio and market presence, and galvanized our market position. We moved to our current corporate office in Metro Manila’s premiere central business district, Bonifacio Global City, in 2016, and we have been expanding ever since. Now, with over 500 employees in our Commercial and Customer Service teams, Medtronic Philippines continues to engineer the extraordinary as we engage with our customers and partners in shaping the landscape of Philippine medical technology.
Medtronic Philippines partners with distributors and logistics partners whose reach spans the entire archipelago, catering to both government and private accounts. Through these strategic partnerships, we continue to improve access to our innovative, life-saving technologies.
Our businesses are grouped into four portfolios:

Our Cardiovascular portfolio encompasses our Aortic and Peripheral Vascular, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Cardiac Surgery, Coronary and Renal Denervation, and Structural Heart businesses.
Our Diabetes operating unit offers Insulin Pump Therapy and Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems.
The Medical-Surgical portfolio comprises of our Advanced Surgical Technologies, General Surgical Products, Gastrointestinal, Patient Monitoring, and Respiratory Interventions businesses.
Finally, our Neuroscience portfolio consists of our Ear, Nose, and Throat, Neuromodulation, Neurosurgery, Neurovascular, and Spine and Orthopedics businesses.
