for Bradyarrhythmia Management
Model 3830 is the first and only CE-approved pacing lead for conduction system pacing, to help treat bradycardia patients who have a pacemaker.
The 3830 lead is the first and only CE-approved lead for providing conduction system pacing, including both His-bundle pacing (HBP) and left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP).*
A system composed of a SelectSecure 3830 MRI lead and a single or a dual chamber Medtronic pacing system is approved for conduction system pacing.
3830 use in the left bundle branch area is supported by real-world evidence encompassing more than 20 000 patients.1-3
3830’s central cable, small 4.1 French lumenless lead body and fixed helix are designed to minimize lead mechanical stress.
The fatigue performance of the 3830 lead in a left bundle branch area position compares to performance in the RV (98% reliability, 95% CI) based on simulated 10-year testing.6

Preshaped deflectable catheter with out-of-plane “His” curve.
Preshaped catheter with out-of-plane “His” curve.
Indications: The Model 3830 lead is intended for pacing and sensing in the right atrium or right ventricle. It is also intended for pacing and sensing at the bundle of His or in the left bundle branch area as an alternative to right ventricular pacing in a single or dual chamber pacing system.
