Remote patient management

Optimized bariatric care and improved patient satisfaction.

Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico

Rome, Italy

Approximately 20% of patients regain their weight after bariatric surgery. Some 80% of those patients weren’t adequately monitored post-surgery.

The Bariatric Surgery Centre at Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico wanted to improve in this area. The center implemented Get Ready®, a remote patient management system for connected care, resulting in:

  • Enhanced communication between departments and patients
  • Eliminated postponed visits due to missing documents
  • Improved patient outcomes as doctors have better access to patient information
