Hi! I studied for a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering in Kocaeli, Turkey and I graduated in 2018. Now I am an MSc Degree Student in Biomedical Engineering Department at Bogazici University.

Why did you join Medtronic?
I worked as an intern for about six months and then moved into a permanent position. Medtronic offered a young talent program and during this time I had the opportunity to meet the Medtronic culture and decide what I wanted to do. It was also an opportunity for me to continue my academic career and enter my professional life. This is a great experience!
What is your current position and what do you do?
I am currently working as a sales representative in the Cath Lab Turkey sales team. I am responsible for the sale and representation of cardiac rhythm management (CRM), cardiac ablation solutions (CAS), and coronary and coronary renal denervation (CRDN) products.
What do you like the most about your job?
Since my internship, I had the chance to experience many cases where Medtronic products were used, and seeing the beneficial effects on patients helped me understand the importance of our work.
In addition, thanks to my team's support, I can carry out both my professional career and my academic studies together. In addition, the Cath Lab sales team provided and continues to provide numerous pieces of training, and I am happy to be part of this great team that aims for continuous improvement and learning.
