The Medtronic Engineering and Innovation Centre was established in Hyderabad, India in June 2011. The Center has established matured partnerships with the R&D and Q&R across various Operating Units and Enterprise Functions. The Center contributes to the New Product Development, Released Product Management and Customer Quality and Regulatory functions. The talent at the center has contributed to more than 200+ US Patents in the last eleven years.

With the vision to “Accelerate Innovation to Create Unsurpassed Value for Medtronic”, the center under the guidance of MEIC Board of Advisors is on the path to be “the software technology center for Medtronic and integral partner for engineering solutions” in next few years.

For over a decade, the Medtronic Engineering and Innovation Center (MEIC) has contributed to excellence in global healthcare from its premises in Hyderabad, India.
