LigaSure™ Dolphin Tip Laparoscopic Sealer/Divider

The LigaSure™ dolphin tip laparoscopic sealer/divider (LS1500) is a dolphin-nose tip vessel sealer and divider, featuring a 37 cm shaft for use in laparoscopic procedures. It can be used to seal vessels up to and including 7 mm, lymphatics, and tissue bundles. The LS1500 can also be used to seal pulmonary vasculature but only when used with the ForceTriad energy platform.

• Splenectomy
• Salpingo-oophorectomy

The LigaSure™ system has not been shown to be effective for tubal sterilization or tubal coagulation for sterilization procedures, and should not be used for these procedures.
