Medtronic heart devices enabled with BlueSync™ technology can communicate directly with the MyCareLink Heart™ mobile app on your smartphone or tablet. The MyCareLink Heart mobile app enables you to stay connected to your clinic providing you peace of mind and freedom so you can continue to live your life — uninterrupted.

  • Feel confident that your clinic receives your heart device data because you can see the status of your transmissions in the app.
  • Access information about your heart device — including battery life, implant date, device name, model number, serial number, and clinic information — so you are comfortable answering questions when asked.
