The Guardian™ 4 sensor continuous glucose monitor (CGM) measures your sugar levels every 5 minutes, sending levels to the MiniMed™ 780G insulin pump. Based on info received from the CGM, the pump makes automatic adjustments and corrections to your insulin delivery, helping to prevent highs and lows*. And with the Guardian™ 4 sensor, there are no fingersticks with SmartGuard™ technology**.
