How to Enter:
1. Download one of the colouring sheets above to colour or draw your own Lenny the Lion picture
2. Email us a copy or picture of your completed colouring page to rs.canshareyourstorycanada@medtronic.com
3. Include name, Guardian/parent name, phone number, address and answer to the skill testing question: What is the name of the lion on the colouring page?
4. By emailing us your submission, you and your Guardian/parent agrees to the terms and conditions listed below for this contest

The Prize
There are 25 prizes consisting of a Lenny the Lion pump plush carrying case, worth $20 CAD. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
How To Enter
The contest starts on June 29, 2020 and ends on July 31, 2020.
No purchase is required. Information on contest entries are available on our website in the link posted. To enter, complete the colouring sheet and email us your information including your answer to the following skill-testing question: What is the name of the Lion in the colouring pages? Email a picture of the colouring page to rs.canshareyourstorycanada@medtronic.com no later than 5:00pm EST on Friday, July 31, 2020. Maximum one entry per person – if it is discovered in the ordinary course of the contest that you entered more than once, you will be disqualified. All entry forms become the property of Medtronic and will not be returned. Winners will be chosen by random draw on August 5, 2020. A notification will be sent to the winners by August 7, 2020. If there are less than 25 entries, all eligible applicants will win a prize.
Eligibility
The sponsor of this contest is Medtronic Canada ULC. To be eligible you must be a resident of Canada. Applicant’s parents or guardians must be the age of majority from the contest starting date. You are not eligible if, at any point from the contest starting date to the date of the draw, you are (or you live with) an employee, representative or agent of a sponsor or their affiliates or licensees. Residents of Quebec are excluded.
By entering this contest you and your Guardian/parent grants Medtronic a non-exclusive license to publish, display, reproduce or modify your contest entries and waive all moral rights to your contest entry.
